  • Developing of senses and impact on memory recall.

 

Module 2

  • CDP: Cognitive Development.
  • Assessment of cognitive development.

 

Module 3

  • CDP: Speech development and auditory perception.
  • Assessment of speech development.

 

Module 4

  • CDP: Motor & Perceptual Development.
  • Assessment of motor and perceptual development.

 

Module 5:

  • The Family System - Assessment of the family system.
  • Pathology in the family system and the impact on child development + the use of Projective Techniques.

 

Module 6:

  • Theoretical Exam 1 - CDP: Development of Self.
  • CDP: Development of attachment.
  • CDP: Emotional development + the use of Projective Techniques.

 

Module 7:

  • CDP: Development of Self continued.

  • CDP: Social Development

  • Assessment of Trauma.
  • Assessment of Complex Trauma & Dissociation.

  • Interactional Analysis

Module 12:

  • Review of Techniques.

 

Module 13:

  • Theoretical exam 2.
  • Interpretations.

 

Module 14:

  • Discussion of practical assessments.

 

Module 15:

  • Interpretations of practical work.

 

Module 16:

  • Experiential assessments.

 

Module 17:

  • Preparing a court report and/or professional report.

 

Module 18:

  • Expert witness in court and/or professionals meetings.

 

Module 19:

  • Theoretical foundation and final preparations for exams.

 

Module 20:

  • Theoretical foundation and final preparations for exams.

 

Final Exam - 60 CPD Points Awarded on passing the exam.

For exam week, please note that you must attend the entire 4 days. This will be a practical exam based on everything have learned over the duration of the course.

 

Resitting your final exam will incur an additional charge of £250.

ADDITIONAL VIDEOS

At the end of each Module, you will receive an assignment in the form of theoretical questions, that have to be completed. This assignment will cover the most recent lecture's content.

 

You will have to start assessing children (more informally to start off with) and apply the techniques that you have been taught after each Module. You will be required to provide feedback regarding your assessments as part of your practical work and case presentation for future discussion.
