Dr Renée P Marks had 38 years experience working with children.

She works as a Consultant Therapist and Clinical Lead at Integrate Families in the North of England.  Integrate Families is the National Centre for Children with Complex Trauma and Dissociation. Renée is a national and international trainer on the topic of attachment, emotional regulation, complex trauma and dissociation in children and adolescents.

She is a member of the Child and Adolescents Committee of the ISSTD and also an accredited trainer for their on-line training.

Renée is the chair of the Child and Adolescent Committee of the European Society on Trauma and Dissociation (ESTD) and specialises in the more serious and complicated population of traumatised children and adolescents. Renée is also an expert witness and provides clinical supervision and consultation to different agencies and therapists.

Les Ryan is a senior therapist at Integrate Familes. Les is also an independent therapist registered with the HCPC, BACP, member of EMDR Europe, ESTD, and ISSTD. She has 30 years experience as a social worker and therapist working with children and families, adolescents, vulnerable adults both within child and family psychiatry, social services, and the voluntary sector.

She is a qualified child counsellor with a special interest in adoption and the adoptive family system. This encompasses clinical child assessments, attachment and trauma work, small/large group training for adopters, foster carers and professionals to enhance positive outcomes in adoption and fostering, individual counselling and therapy for children,and EMDR for adults and children.

Lynne Ryan is a senior therapist at Integrate Families. She has 23 years of therapeutic work experience, having worked with adults, children and families since 1993 in a variety of settings including: local authority social work, charitable organisations, NHS, and voluntary agency settings.

She is a qualified counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy – BACP; qualified social worker and member of the HCPC, EMDR therapist and member of EMDRUK. She has undertaken training in trauma, attachment and dissociation and is a member of ESTD. She also delivers training to professional’s i.e. social workers, teacher, carers etc.
